    • Use the Bulk access update configuration form to create a bulk configuration within the Entity Based Access application.

    Field Description
    Details Tab that shows the list of the entities that can be scoped.
    Make entity scope selection based on Type of entity that you want to scope.
    Select entities List of entities to select.
    Note:
    Only the entities with an active configuration are available for selection.
    Select downstream entities also Option to include all the child entities in the selection.
    Scope record types Tab that shows the record types and conditions to scope records for the bulk update.
    Add a record type Option to select the record type that you want to include in the scope.
