  • Activate the portal plugins to use the Consumer and Customer Service Portals.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the ServiceNow store application or All > System Definitions > Plugins in the CSM application.
    2. Install any one of the following plugins.
      Plugin name

      Plugin.

      Customer Service Portal com.snc.customer_service_portal
      Consumer Service Portal com.snc.consumer_service_portal
    3. Select Activate.
