  • Customer Service Management provides an integration with the Field Service Management application. This integration enables you to view work order and work order task information from a case.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Plugins.
    2. Search for the Customer Service with Field Service Management plugin (com.snc.csm_fsm_integration).
    3. Click Activate.
