Assign a team member to a consumer

  • Assign a team member to a consumer by selecting an employee and their role or responsibility in the Customer Service Management (CSM) application.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_customerservice_manager or admin

    About this task

    If you're the system administrator or a customer service manager, you can assign a team member to a consumer from the Consumer Team related list on the Consumer form.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Customer > Consumers.
    2. Select a consumer.
    3. From the Consumer Team related list, select New.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Definition
      Consumer Consumer that the user is assigned to.
      User Employee selected to fulfill the role or responsibility.
      Responsibility Role or responsibility selected for this user.
      Order Specifies the sequence in which records are displayed, organized according to business preferences.
    5. Select Submit.
