Update a role for an Impact user role after the initial assignment.
Before you begin
Role required: Impact admin
Procedure

Navigate to .

In the ServiceNow sites section, access the Impact Digital Experience tile.

Select View all users.

Enter the users name into the Search users field.

Select .

Edit the user role and access accordingly.
Note: Refer to
User Roles in Impact for details on which role to assign to the user for the appropriate access level in Impact.

Select Confirm.
- A confirmation message displays then you are returned to the company users page.
- An email will be sent to the user with information on how to log in to Impact.
