  • The UX (User Experience) Review: Employee Center Accelerator provides insight into your ServiceNow platform adoption of Employee Center with a focus on user experience.

    Overview

    UX Review: Employee Center can enhance adoption through three key phases to assist Impact customers struggling with the adoption of Employee Center. These phases include providing education on the value of user experience, assessing the current state through usability studies and expert reviews, and prescribing a plan for improvement. Recommendation readouts will result from the UX Consultant led workshop.​ See Employee Center on Employee Center.

    What You Get

    Introduction Session (up to 2 hours)
    Includes the following activities:
    • Review of the scope and expectations of the Accelerator.
    • Identification of end users to participate in usability studies.
    • Facilitation to collect the essential information to conduct the expert review of your Employee Center, such as portal access, export content taxonomy, and so on.
    Assessment of Current Employee Center UX (up to 10 hours)
    We will provide a hierarchical tree test of Employee Center to identified end users to assess content structure and organization.
    The UX Consultant will perform the following:
    • Conduct usability studies of Employee Center with the end users.
    • Complete an Expert Review of your Employee Center to gain deeper insights of the user experience that will then be paired with the tree test and usability study results .
    Assessment Findings and Recommendation Readout (up to 3 hours)
    • Presentation of findings for current Employee Center UX and initial recommendations for improvement
    • Discussion and feedback from the customer on initial recommendations to be used as input for the workshop
    Employee Center UX Workshop (up to 4 hours)
    Your UX Consultant will guide you through activities designed to improve the problem areas identified from the previous Accelerator sessions.
    Outputs
    • Assessment Findings and Recommendation Readout Deck.
    • Documentation of completed Employee Center UX Workshop design enhancement activities.
