  • The UX (User Experience) Design: Employee Center Accelerator educates customers on the fundamental UX considerations and assists in developing a plan to implement Employee Center with a user-centric design.

    Overview

    UX Design: Employee Center educates Impact customers on the features and capabilities of Employee Center, as well as the value of incorporating fundamental user-centric design into their Employee Center planning and implementation. This Accelerator incorporates several optional workshops to help customers with stakeholder alignment, personas, content, and prototype design. Additionally, the UX Consultant will lead the customer through usability testing and provide recommendations for implementation.

    What You Get

    Introduction Session (up to 2 hours)
    Includes the following activities:
    • Review of the scope and expectations of the Accelerator.
    • Outline of the importance and value of user-centric design
    • Walk through of the base system Employee Center features and capabilities
    Optional Workshops, as needed (up to 10 hours)
    • Stakeholder Alignment Workshop (up to 3 hours):
      • Align stakeholders on a shared vision
      • Define long term goals
      • Identify opportunities to help transform Employee Center
    • Persona Workshop (up to 2 hours): Outline target audiences for whom we are designing.
    • Content Curation Session (up to 2 hours):
      • Expert review of taxonomy
      • Evaluation of content
    • Design Workshop (up to 4 hours):
      • Expert review based on previous workshops
      • Prototyping low-fidelity wireframes in Figma
    Usability Testing (up to 1.5 hours)
    Run through the design in Figma and test the prototype
    Design Readout (up to 1.5 hours)
    Present the final design concepts to take forward for implementation
    Outputs
    • Design Readout Deck
    • Documentation of completed Employee Center UX Workshop activities

    The Accelerator may conclude early if the assessment clearly identifies required changes.
