Enter a support case to engage Developer Support assistance, if you are a named contact on the Impact plan.

Procedure

Navigate to .
You may also navigate directly to NowSupport.

Select Create a Case.

Select the Case Type Developer Support.
Only users whose customer_admin has assigned them the correct role will be able to see this Premium Developer Support tile on new case creation.

Review the Developer Support guidelines and acknowledge with the check box.

On the Detail Capture Page, enter the Subject, Description, and Steps to reproduce.

Confirm your contact information and your best available time.

Confirm the referred instance ID.

Select Confirm and Submit to submit the case.
Once case is created and a case number is generated, you may add additional authorized users on the account to the watch list, further comments, and attachments.
