    • Download document versions from an external cloud to Document Management.

    Antes de Iniciar

    Configure permission for roles or groups by selecting the mp_document_admin from the document list.

    Role required: mp_document_admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Documents > Documents.
    2. To download the documents from cloud, select the Versions tab and select Down from Cloud.
    3. Select Download.
      If the external cloud document has been updated, then a new version will be created under the Versions tab.
    4. Select the External Cloud Settings tab to view the provider details and the external file URL.
    5. Select Open Cloud URL at the top to open the document in the external cloud.
