Enable the knowledge blocks feature for each knowledge base where you plan to use the blocks. Once enabled, you can create knowledge blocks to add to knowledge articles within a knowledge base.

Make sure that the knowledge blocks [com.snc.knowledge_blocks] plugin is activated. To activate the plugin see Activate knowledge blocks

In the Knowledge Base form, select the Enable blocks check box.
Nota: If the Enable blocks check box isn’t visible, you can add the field to the form by select and hold (or right-click) the form header and navigating to .

Nota: If you decide to disable the knowledge blocks feature, all knowledge blocks within the knowledge base must be deleted before you can clear the box.
