Upload a document into a saved record. You can upload text files, spreadsheets,
presentations, PDF files, and more.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: document_management_admin
or

Role
required: document_management_user

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to the document record.
2. Click the Upload/Check In Revision related link.
3. Click Choose File and navigate to the file.
4. Click Open.
5. Check the Name and Revision Number.
6. Click OK.  
   After the initial document is uploaded, subsequent revisions can be created
   by checking out the document.
