If you have manually mapped related articles when editing
an article, those articles are listed in the Related Articles section on the knowledge
article view page before the related articles that are predicted thorough the Knowledge Management similarity solution.
This
task provides steps to manually map related articles when editing an
article.
Procedimento

On the ServiceNow AI Platform, open
the knowledge article for which you want to map related articles.

On the Knowledge form, click the Related Articles related list.

Click Edit.

On the Edit Members form, move the desired articles from the available articles
in the Collection column to the Related
Articles List column.

Click the up or down icon to arrange the articles in the order in which you
want them to appear in the Related Articles section on the article view page,
and then click Save.
Nota: Knowledge administrators can configure the number of articles shown in the
Related Articles section using the instance options.
