Edit already published catalog items using Now Assist

    • You can edit published catalog items conversationally using Now Assist. If you’ve already started editing a published catalog item, you can still use Now Assist to edit the draft of that published catalog item. You can edit variables and UI policies in this mode.

    Antes de Iniciar

    Role required: catalog_builder_editor

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Service Catalog > Catalog Builder.
    2. Select the Catalog items tab.
    3. Select a published catalog item that you want to edit.
    4. Select Edit.
    5. Select Edit with Now Assist.
      Nota:

      If you’ve already started editing a published catalog item, and that’s in a draft state, and if you want Now Assist to generate your catalog item again, select Ask Now Assist.

    6. Give prompts in the Now Assist chat, you can generate the catalog item.
    7. After you’ve completed your edits, publish the catalog item.
