Activate the Knowledge Center Article Optimization skill to enable use of article optimization features for generating knowledge articles in the Knowledge Center.

Procedimento

1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Now Assist Skills.
2. Select the list view and locate your new skill in the location specified during the setup (Platform > Knowledge > Skill Name).
3. Select Activate Skill on the skill card.

Resultado

The Article Optimization skill is activated.
