Create sub-groups for automation opportunities

    • Large automation opportunities in LEAP are broken into smaller, more manageable sub-groups to support focused and contextual incident resolution steps.

    Before you begin

    Role required: LEAP admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to LEAP landing page, and select the automation opportunity that you want to refine.
    2. Select Related records tab.
    3. Select Create Sub Groups.
      The records in the automation opportunity are divided into sub-groups.Action insight to create automation opportunity subgroups
    4. Select the Sub Groups tab to view the child sub-groups created.
      Each child sub-group has it own ID and you can generate focused resolution steps with only the records in the sub-group. On the LEAP landing page, the parent automation opportunity shows child automation opportunity in the Sub Groups column.
