Summary of Cloud Discovery home page in Cloud Discovery Workspace

The Cloud Discovery home page in the Cloud Discovery Workspace provides a centralized dashboard summarizing the results from discovery schedules. It enables users to monitor the count of configuration items (CIs) discovered, track errors encountered over time, and access detailed reports on various discovery metrics. Note that Cloud Discovery Workspace is deprecated and no longer available for new activations; customers should transition to Discovery Admin Workspace for the latest functionality.

    Practical Use

The dashboard is designed for discovery administrators to efficiently monitor cloud discovery activities, troubleshoot issues by reviewing errors, validate credentials and service accounts, and understand cloud infrastructure distribution across datacenters. Interactive reports and indicators provide actionable insights to maintain and optimize discovery schedules and infrastructure visibility.

The Cloud Discovery home page displays a summary of the discoveries triggered through a discovery schedule. You can view the count of CIs discovered and errors encountered over time. You can also select any dashboard report to view additional information.

    Important:
Cloud Discovery Workspace is now deprecated and no longer supported or available for new activation. Discovery Admin Workspace provides the latest experience for this functionality.
