Access and Roles
To access the Cloud Discovery dashboard, navigate to Cloud Discovery Workspace > Cloud Discovery > Dashboard. Users require the sncloudopsws.cloudopsadmin role to view and interact with the dashboard.

- 30 Day Discovery Runs: Donut chart showing discovery runs’ states (Active, Canceled, Completed) in the last 30 days, with drill-down to detailed lists.
- Upcoming Schedules: List of up to eight scheduled discovery runs, with links to view schedule details.
- Total Configuration Items: Line and area chart depicting the number of CIs discovered over time; clickable to view individual CI records and associated multi-source data.
- Cloud Discovery Errors: Line and area chart tracking discovery errors over time, with access to detailed error logs both via the dashboard and directly through Diagnostics > Discovery log.
- Credentials and Service Accounts: Indicators showing total counts and breakdowns by cloud provider, with the ability to filter and list matching credentials and service accounts.
- MID Servers: Donut chart displaying total MID Server count and their statuses.
- Cloud VMs by Datacenter: Horizontal bar chart showing the count of virtual machines discovered per datacenter for Microsoft Azure, AWS, and vCenter.

The dashboard is designed for discovery administrators to efficiently monitor cloud discovery activities, troubleshoot issues by reviewing errors, validate credentials and service accounts, and understand cloud infrastructure distribution across datacenters. Interactive reports and indicators provide actionable insights to maintain and optimize discovery schedules and infrastructure visibility.
