  • View the primary alerts associated with a service to help troubleshoot issues with the service.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the left navigation bar, select the Service Dashboard icon: Service Dashboard icon.
      The Service Dashboard page appears.
      Note:
      The application services that appear in the Service Dashboard are those added to the Impact Filter Services list. For more information, see Add application services for impact calculation.
    3. Select a service tile.
      A pop-up window displays the business criticality and severity of a service.
      Application service tile with options to see service details and service map.
    4. Select Service Details.
      By default, the Details tab is selected.
    5. Select the Related records tab.
    6. From the left pane, select Related Alerts.
      View primary alerts associated with the service.

      View details about an alert by selecting its number in the Number column.
