Create a copy of the Service Operations Workspace for ITOM landing page

    • Make visual styling changes to the sub-pages in the home page. This will enhance the overall user experience by providing a consistent and visually appealing interface, improving navigation, and ensuring that key information is easily accessible and engaging.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin or ui_builder_admin

    About this task

    A page is content that lives at a specific URL. When a user opens the URL, they will see a different variant of this page based on the audience, conditions, and order that you set.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > UI Builder.
    2. From the Display name field, filter and search for Service Operations Workspace.

    3. Open Service Operations Workspace by selecting it.
    4. Next to Pages and variants, select the plus icon (Plus icon to open a window where you have options to create a new page or to duplicate and existing page.).

    5. Select Add a variant to a page.

      The Add variant to an existing page window from where you can select variant to add for an existing page. You can also duplicate one of the variants.
    6. To create a duplicate page content in the existing URL path, select Duplicate and follow the steps.
