View a timeline of the alerts in an alert group

    • Gain insight into the sequence of events relating to an issue by viewing chronological information of the alerts in an alert group in Express List.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_operator, evt_mgmt_admin

    About this task

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation, select the Express List icon (Express List icon.).
    3. In the Active alerts list, select the information icon (Information icon. for an alert.
    4. On the preview panel Alerts tab, select Timeline view.
    5. Analyze the information provided in the Timeline view.
    6. Optional: Sort the displayed alerts by ascending or descending time or by severity.
      1. Select the sorting icon (Sorting icon in Timeline view.).
      2. Select the preferred sorting option from the pop-up menu.
    7. Optional: Show or hide closed alerts by toggling the Hide closed alerts slider.
