    ITOM Mobile Agent must be installed. See Install ITOM Mobile Agent for more information.

    Role required: srm_manager, srm_responder, or srm_admin

    About this task

    The ITOM Mobile Agent application runs in the ServiceNow Agent app. To access ITOM Mobile Agent, download the ServiceNow Agent app on your device.

    Procedure

    1. Download the ServiceNow Agent app for your device:
      • For iOS, use the App Store.
      • For Android, use Google Play.
    2. Confirm that the app is on your device.
      Look for the ServiceNow Agent app icon (ServiceNow Agent app icon). The app appears on your device with the name Agent.
