  • Activate the content pack ServiceNow Store application for the Platform Analytics Solution.

    Before you begin

    Activate the full, subscription version of Performance Analytics on the instance where you're activating this Platform Analytics Solution. You can activate Performance Analytics on a non-production instance without purchasing a subscription. For more information, see Activate your Performance Analytics subscription.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All Applications > ServiceNow Store.
    2. Browse for Health Log Analytics and verify that you have the necessary valid entitlements.

      You need a HI account and permission to request applications for the instances under consideration. The HI account and the instance must be part of the same company. For more information, see Install a ServiceNow Product on the ServiceNow Store.

    3. Search for Health Log Analytics (sn.occ).
    4. Install the application.
      When you install this application, you also activate the Performance Analytics - Premium (com.snc.pa.premium) plugin.

      This plugin requires an additional fee.
