  • Managing a cloud account enables you to accomplish a range of tasks such as canceling, suspending, or reactivating cloud accounts, and adding unmanaged accounts.

    Activity Description
    Cancel a Cloud account request Requesters can cancel their own account requests.
    Suspend a Cloud account Suspended accounts can still be used along with its resources, but new resources can’t be created for it. Before requesting account suspension, the ServiceNow admin must have already set up a suspension configuration.
    Reactivate a cloud account Suspended accounts can be reactivated.
    Add an unmanaged cloud account

    You can import cloud accounts to manage them.
