ITOM/OT SU Licensing Individual (ala carte) subscription

  • You can purchase subscriptions for individual ITOM applications (ala carte).

    The ITOM/OT SU Licensing application calculates and displays subscription consumption for ITOM applications purchased individually (a la carte). If your organization exceeds the number of subscription units, the Subscriptions window shows the relevant a la carte subscription as overdrawn. You cannot use unconsumed subscriptions for overdrawn subscriptions of another application.

    The Subscriptions window displays information about the purchased and allocated subscriptions for ITOM applications.

    If your organization surpasses the number of purchased subscriptions for an ITOM application, you cannot utilize the remaining subscriptions for another application.

    The diagram shows how the licensing module calculates a la carte subscriptions.
    If your organization exceeds the total number of subscription units purchased, the Subscriptions window indicates the relevant a la carte subscription as overdrawn. In the following illustration, ITOM AIOps consumed more subscriptions than the amount purchased for it.
