AIOps dashboards
The Dashboards section surfaces three purpose-built AIOps dashboards inside Service Operations Workspace, each serving a different reporting need:
- AIOps 360° Overview: A comprehensive view of AIOps activities and their overall impact, including time saved through automation and grouping, workload savings, and incident prevention rates.
- AIOps Value Realization: Focused on business value metrics, helping stakeholders see the tangible ROI of AIOps adoption.
- AIOps Operational: A monitoring view of AIOps system behavior and operations, useful for admins tracking how the system is performing day to day.
To open a dashboard, select its tile.
