Access and Roles
To access the dashboard, navigate through Cloud Discovery Workspace > Cloud Discovery > Schedules. Users require the sncloudopsws.cloudopsadmin role to view and interact with the dashboard.
Key Features
- Resource Count Indicators: Displays the total number of CIs discovered, newly discovered CIs, absent CIs compared to the previous run, and discovery errors.
- Duration Indicator: Shows the time taken to complete the selected discovery run.
- Reports: Includes bar charts for resource counts and time taken across the last 10 discovery runs, sourced from discoverycloudresults and discoverystatus tables.
- Filtering and Sorting: Allows filtering discovery schedules by cloud provider or schedule name, and sorting by name, error count, or discovery status.
- Selection of Discovery Runs: Users can select from the last 10 discovery runs to visualize detailed data on the Results tab.

Important Notes
- The Newly discovered and Absent from last indicators apply only to pattern-based discoveries.
- Only the last 10 discovery runs are available for selection in the reports drop-down list.

Indicators
- Total Resources
- The indicator displays the total count of Configuration Items (CI) discovered during the selected discovery run.
- Newly discovered
- The indicator displays the count of new CIs discovered during the selected discovery run.
- Absent from last
- The indicator displays the count of CIs missing during the selected discovery run. That is, CIs were discovered during the previous discovery run, but are missing during the selected discovery run.
- Errors
- The indicator displays the count of discovery errors that occurred during the selected discovery run.
- Duration
- The indicator displays the time taken to complete the selected discovery run.
