Remove user from Discovery admin role

  • Remove user from the discovery_admin role when you no longer need them.

    Before you begin

    Verify that you have installed the ITOM AIOps and Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugins.

    Ensure you are in the Configure IT Operations Management page.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Configuration Summary > Event Management > Platform foundations.
    2. Expand Platform foundations.
    3. Select Discovery.
    4. Select the check box next to the user you want to remove.
    5. Select Remove role.
      The user is removed from the list of Assign Discovery admins page.
