Filter out or show matching alerts

    • Create different views of categorized alerts in Express List by either displaying or filtering out alerts that match a selected alert.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_operator, evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation, select the Express List icon (Express List icon).
    3. Right-click an alert row.
    4. Match or filter out matching alerts.
      • Display matching alerts by selecting Show Matching from the context menu.
      • Filter out matching alerts by selecting Filter Out from the context menu.
