Place an alert in the Acknowledged state

    • Placing an alert into the Acknowledged state indicates that the alert has issues that need to be addressed.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin
    Note:
    The evt_mgmt_user role is view-only and does not have permission to perform this action.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the navigation bar, select the Express list icon .
    3. Filter with Active alerts.
    4. Select an alert.

    5. On the Details subtab, select the Acknowledged check box to place the alert into the Acknowledged state.
    6. Click Save.
