Generate LEAP playbooks

    • Create standard, dynamic, and automated playbooks using LEAP to promote fast incident resolution and response time.

    Before you begin

    Role required: LEAP admin

    Procedure

    1. Select Workspaces > LEAP.
    2. On the LEAP landing page, select the required automation opportunity to create a playbook.
    3. If resolution steps are unavailable in the Overview section, select Generate resolution steps.
    4. Select one of the following options to create playbook.
      UI optionSteps
      Actions Select Actions button , and select Create Playbook.
      Explore
      1. Select Explore button .
      2. In the Now Assist panel, select Create playbook.
      Create playbooks from Actions button Workflow Studio opens and the playbook generation process starts. The Playbook name and Now Assist directions fields are pre-filled with the problem record title and the generated resolution steps.
