    Overview of the Now Assist Center workspace

    The Now Assist Center workspace provides features that enable you to set up of your AI solutions in a unified experience without switching between separate Now Assist applications.

    With the Now Assist Center workspace, you can:
    • Access your integrated Now Assist applications and features using the side navigation bar.
    • Use the home page features to set up Now Assist solutions on your instance, find and activate automation opportunities, and track Now Assist performance.
    • Use the conversational interface in the Now Assist panel as your AI assistant to perform common setup, building, and question answering tasks.

    Access the Now Assist Center workspace

    To access the Now Assist Center workspace, navigate to All > Now Assist Center or Admin > Now Assist Center.

    The first time you access Now Assist Center, a welcome message displays prompting you to get started by installing essential Now Assist plugins. If you already have these plugins installed, the message simply introduces the benefits of Now Assist Center. Select Let’s get started to continue to the home page.

    From the Admin menu, select Now Assist Center Now Assist Center in the Admin menu.
    From the All menu, enter Now Assist Center.

    The first time you access the Now Assist Center screen, a Welcome to Now Assist Center dialog displays asking if you'd like to take a tour or get started.Welcome to Now Assist Center dialog.

    If you select Take a tour, then the main Now Assist Center screen displays with informational call-outs. Informational call-out window for tour.

    Select Get started to go to the Now Assist Center screen.

    When you first access the Now Assist Center, the home screen displays.Now Assist Center screen with individual sections numbered.

    Build your foundation

    The Build your foundation section guides you to the Application Manager page where you can manage applications and plugins for your instance. Select Start AI setup to open the Application Manager in a new screen. For more information on the Application Manager, see Administering applications.

    AI Foundations

    The AI Foundations section guides you to different options where you can strengthen your Now Assist foundation. Select one of the options to filter which tiles display.
    • Develop AI building blocks
    • Configure AI search and Knowledge Graph
    • Build AI Agents
    • Build Virtual Assistants
    • Track AI Analytics
    In each tile is a link to the corresponding configuration screen. Select the link to proceed to that screen.

    Develop AI building blocks

    Displays these tiles:
    • Add Now Assist Skills - link to corresponding topic
    • Create custom skill
    • Create conversational topic
    • Configure a conversational subflow
    • Configure a conversational flow action
    • Add a Catalog Item

    Configure AI search and Knowledge Graph

    Displays these tiles:
    • Configure AI search
    • Configure Knowledge graph
    • Configure search sources

    Build AI Agents

    Displays these tiles:
    • Build AI Agents
    • Create agentic workflows

    Build Virtual Assistants

    Displays Virtual Assistants tile.

    Track AI Analytics

    Displays these tiles:
    • Centralize AI governance
    • Monitor AI Agent performance
    • Gain Now Assist adoption Insights

    AI Applications

    The AI Applications section displays all of the AI applications that are available in your workspace. Filter which the AI applications display by selecting All, Installed, Not Installed, or Update Available.The tiles that correspond to the filter conditions display and from each tile you can select one of the following:
    • Learn more - displays the product documentation for the application.
    • App page - displays the home page for the application.
    • Open app - opens the application.

    Side navigation bar

    The side navigation bar provides access to integrated Now Assist products and settings.

    Home page

    The Now Assist Center home page provides features to quickly set up your Now Assist implementation, find automation opportunities, track performance of Now Assist solutions, and access related Now Assist applications.

    The AI tools section shows other AI applications on the platform outside of Now Assist Center that can help you build, manage, and monitor your solutions.

    Each application appears in a separate card or tile. Select the application to open it.

    The Now Assist provides conversational interface that enable you perform common administrative tasks, from basic setup to proposed AI implementations.
