# Delete a use case

# Delete a document extraction use case {#ariaid-title1}

Delete a use case when it's no longer needed for your documents.
Importante:  
Starting with the Zurich release, Document Intelligence is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported. Instead, you can extract information from documents using the Now Assist in Document Intelligence application. ## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_docintel.manager

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllDocument IntelligenceDocument Data Extraction AdministrationUse Cases.
2. In the list, select the display name of the use case that you want to delete.
3. On the use case screen, select the options icon (![Options icon]()) and select Delete.
4. In the confirmation box, select Delete.

## Resultado

The use case is deleted, along with the related fields, field groups, integrations, flows, and machine learning (ML) models.
