Use the Now Assist context menu to start conversations and raise queries, using generative AI capabilities and custom built in skills in Strategic Portfolio Management.

You can now interact with Now Assist directly from the docs section in Strategic Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning Workspace, Portfolio Planning Workspace, and Project Workspace to ask open-ended queries, create new content, add context, or improve existing sections. This helps you draft faster, refine ideas, and keep your work relevant without leaving the page.

To access this feature, go to any doc page within Strategic Portfolio Management, Portfolio Planning Workspace or Project Workspace.

Select the Now Assist icon () and enter your query.

The query response is generated in a new Now Assist window. You can use the input field to provide follow-up query responses and instructions.

You can also select the Now Assist icon () and use the Summarize option from the drop-down menu to use generative AI for generating a record summary.

The Now Assist icon () along with the text input field is also displayed when you select any text from the docs page.

You can also see the option to Summarize, shorten, elaborate, or change tone for the selected content.
