    • Verify that the selected AI agent has been enabled in Virtual Agent.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > AI Agent Studio > Overview.
    2. Under Agentic workflows, select Default VA Workflow.
      Nota:
      Default VA Workflow is in the Now Assist in Virtual Agent application. For more information, see Now Assist in Virtual Agent.

    3. Under Connect AI agents, ensure that AI agent that you enabled in Virtual Agent is listed.
