The Create Supplier case for email inbound action must be inactive for automatic
creation of supplier cases from emails using Now Assist.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllSystem PolicyEmailInbound Actions.
2. Select the Create supplier case from email inbound action.
3. On the inbound action form, clear the Active check box.

## Resultado

The Create supplier case from email inbound action is deactivated.
