Verify that the selected AI agent has been enabled in Virtual Agent.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllAI Agent StudioOverview.
2. Under Agentic workflows, select Default VA Workflow.  
   Nota:  
   Default VA Workflow is in the Now Assist in Virtual Agent application. For more information, see [Now Assist in Virtual Agent](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=now-assist-in-va-landing&version=australia&pubname=australia-conversational-interfaces&ft:locale=en-US).
3. Under Connect AI agents, ensure that AI agent that you enabled in Virtual Agent is listed.
