    Procedimento

    To enable users to access the Supplier Collaboration Portal, do one of the following:

    Option Instruction
    Configure the user criteria for the Service Portal. Complete these steps:
    1. Activate the user criteria for Service Portal plugin.
    2. Set the user criteria for Service Portal system property.
    Run the fix script. Complete the steps listed in Run the fix script to enable access to Supplier Collaboration Portal.
