Categorize incoming inquiry cases into sub-categories based on the description and short description of the invoice inquiry case using the Inquiry Classifier skill in the Now Assist for Common Finance and Supply Chain
features application.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_fsc_genai.now_assist_fulfiller

Incoming invoice inquiry case.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllAccounts Payable OperationsAccounts Payable Workspace.
2. Create an invoice inquiry case.  
   For more information on inquiry case, see [Work on an invoice inquiry case](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/yGSdw_uNEFaAqCjRS3dsXw "Work on an invoice inquiry case to resolve an issue raised by the suppliers or employees."). The Inquiry Classifier AI skill analyzes the description and short description, auto-categorizes the incoming inquiries into sub-categories. Example: Payment inquiry

## Resultado

The invoice inquiry case is auto-populated with sub-category without any manual intervention by an AP agent.
