The ServiceNow® Legal Simple Compliance suite provides prebuilt legal workflows to submit and manage legal compliance requests.
The Legal Simple Compliance includes the following applications:
- Gifts and Entertainment Compliance: Manage disclosures related to gifts and entertainment when employees give or receive them from internal or external parties to ensure they are in accordance with company policies.
- Legal Conflict of Interest: Manage the disclosure, approval, and registry of conflicts of interest that might arise from employees having competing interests or loyalties.
- Legal Stock Preclearance: Manage stock preclearance requests in accordance with your company’s stock preclearance policy.
