    Health and safety incident summarization
    Provides a summary of safety incidents including incident details, actions, and root cause analysis. The safety team can view a summary to understand the context, refresh the summary, and post the summary to the work notes.
    The summary is displayed above the activity stream and includes the information that the safety agents enter in the following fields:
    • Short description
    • Description
    • Sequence of events
    • Root Cause
    • Action
