Work on legal requests for complaints assigned to you or as a collaborator
to resolve issues or answer queries.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: sn_lg_investigate.fulfiller

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllLegal RequestLegal Counsel Center.
2. Open a legal request assigned to you to review and perform tasks.
   * [Work on the legal request](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/o0OyZIdSG0LLHTxXjb8s3g "Work on legal requests assigned to you or as a collaborator to resolve issues or answer queries.") to verify the complaint details and conduct an initial inquiry.
   * [Add or modify an involved
     party](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/mK7r0j0DhES~TwazF1Du5A "Add a new involved party or modify the information of an existing involved party in a legal request or legal matter related to a complaint.") in the Involved Parties tab.
   * If the legal request needs thorough investigation, [promote it to a legal matter](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/a3qBy7qFrVqMtJetEAvphQ "Promote a legal request to a legal matter when the request needs additional investigation and cross-departmental collaboration that might take more time to resolve.").
   * Either close the request or cancel the legal request.
     * [Close the request](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/JA3SasdpvG24PvQ8GQ0paQ "You can close a legal request assigned to you when you've resolved it.") after you've resolved it.
     * If you identify that the request doesn't need any action, you can cancel it.
