    • As a mentee, edit your preferences based on your skills, focus areas, and topics of interest that you would like to discuss with your mentor.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Your career > Mentoring > Overview.
    2. Select Edit mentee preferences for the listed mentoring program.
      Available mentoring programs are visible for users that meet the user criteria of the mentoring program. Not all mentoring programs are listed for all users.
    3. On the Edit mentee preferences form, fill in the fields.

    4. Select Save and close.
