Index the data for conversational search.

## Vorbereitungen

For existing contracts, verify you have run the scheduled job to copy signed contract documents into the contract repository. Role required: admin

## Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

After installing Now Assist in Contract Management, index the data for getting search results.

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllAI SearchAI Search IndexIndexed Sources.
2. In the Name column, search for <kbd class="ph userinput">Contract Repository</kbd>.
3. Select Contract Repository indexed source.
4. Select Index All tables.

## Ergebnisse

The contract repository tables are indexed for AI Search.
