Legal Content Review
The ServiceNow® Legal Content Review application enables employees to raise a legal review request of any marketing materials, collaterals, or presentation contents and resolve the issues.
Employees can submit Legal Content Review requests, monitor the progress of the requests, and read related knowledge base articles through a web portal or Virtual Agent. The Legal Content Review request is associated with the Compliance practice area.
Legal teams can collaborate in a centralized Legal Counsel Center to manage legal intake volume, resolve Legal Content Review requests, and monitor work analytics.
