    After the contract reviewer provides feedback and the internal review task is closed, incorporate required changes and finalize the document. Once finalized, upload the final version of the contract in the Contract Document tab.

    Prozedur

    1. Open the review task from workspace that you are using.

      3. Select Review tasks > All

      • Navigate to Contract Workspace or your workspace.
      • Open a contract request.
      • Select Reviews tab.
      • Open the review task from the list.
    2. Wahlweise: Download the contract document shared by the contract reviewer.
      The document will be available only when the contract reviewer attaches it while submitting the review feedback.
      1. Navigate to the Reviewed document field.
      2. Click on the document link to download the shared contract document.
    3. Update and finalize the contract document as per the feedback.
      You can update the contract document downloaded from the review task or any relevant offline version of the document.
    4. Upload contract document to create a new revision.
    5. In the Contract Documents tab, select Create Revision.

    6. In the Create revision window, upload the updated contract.

      Attach document for contract revision
      1. For non-self-served requests, select the contract type in the Select contract type field.
        Only active contract types are displayed in the list.
        Hinweis:
        The field is available only for multiple contracts type requests.
      2. In the Create revision from drop-down list, select the source of the updated contract and add the file.
        Computer
        Select this option to upload a file from your system. The Attachment field appears upon selecting this option. Select Attach File and upload the updated contract from your system.
        Activity stream
        Select this option to select a document from the activity stream. The Document field appears upon selecting this option. Select the document in the activity stream.

        The activity stream includes documents attached while requesting changes for a contract or documents received through email.

        External storage
        Select this option if external storage is enabled. The Document field appears upon selecting this option. Select the updated contract from external storage.
    7. Select Create.

      The document is added to the contract request. The revision number of the latest document is one higher than the previous document's revision number. The document revision is listed in the Contract Documents tab.

    8. Select Save.

    Ergebnisse

    A contract revision is created with the finalized contract document.
