Legal Investigations
The ServiceNow® Legal Investigations application enables Legal departments to accept complaints from a simple intake process through multiple channels. The legal team can organize and conduct detailed legal investigations including interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing final reports along with recommended actions.
Complaints submitted to Legal, such as ethics complaints, can include bribery, financial fraud, insider trading, and other ethical violations. If employees suspect an incident of any of these violations, they can report it with specifics to the Legal department for legal investigations.
Integrate Legal Investigations with ServiceNow® Universal Request and HR Service Delivery Employee Relations apps to provide a seamless experience for employees to submit complaints via your universal request and for legal counsels to work on them, transferring them between Legal and HR departments.
