  • Configure document templates to enable signing using the Adobe Sign application.

    Role required: sn_dt_adobesign.admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All Document Templates.
    2. Select a template.
    3. Fill in the required fields on the form.
      1. In the Signing type field, select Adobe Sign.
      2. Define participants, define tasks for participants, and mark signature blocks.
      3. Associate the document template to the HR template of a service and initiate document tasks from a case.

    Nächste Maßnahme

    User who receives the document task can use the Adobe Sign application for signing the document.
