Add trading holidays during which the trading is closed.

Role required: sn_lg_stock_cp.stock_config

## Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

A trading holiday might impact the stock preclearance approval validity period based on the Exclude trading holidays field's setting in the trading window. For more information, see [Set up a trading window](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/_SYGC1AJ5twie0tPhDq9GA "Set up a trading window for a period in which certain designated employees of the organization are permitted to trade in the securities of your organization.").

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllLegal AdministrationStock Preclearance AdminTrading Holidays.
2. Click New.
3. Enter the calendar year for which you want to add trading holidays and click Submit.
4. Open the calendar year you created to add trading holidays.
5. In the Holidays related list, click New.
6. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Short description | Unique short description for the trading holiday, such as New Year, Labor Day, or Christmas. |
   | Date | Date of holiday. |

7. Click Submit.
