Safety inspections and audits
With Health and Safety Risk Management, safety teams can schedule, assign, and conduct workplace safety inspections and audits of particular activities, processes, or areas at their establishments.
Safety inspections and audits within the Health and Safety Workspace enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of safety inspections and audits across your organization. The objective is to support conformance with regulatory standards while reducing the risks of workplace accidents.
Safety inspections and audits capabilities
The safety inspections and audits feature provides the following capabilities:
- Build and manage safety inspections and audits

- Use smart assessment templates available with the application or build new ones with the Smart Assessment Engine. For more information, see Smart assessment template designer.
- Use available surveys or design new ones with the Survey designer. For more information, see Survey designer.
- Schedule inspections and audits
- Schedule inspections and audits to be completed at regular intervals with the Inspection Scheduler and Audit Scheduler.
- Complete inspections and audits

- Fill out smart assessment questionnaires via mobile or Health and Safety Workspace. When online, you can partially save a smart assessment to finish it later, or to reassign it to another agent to complete the remaining assessment.
- Conduct inspection and audit surveys through Employee Center or on mobile.
Hinweis:You can complete smart assessments and surveys offline using the Mobile Agent app. Any smart assessments or surveys completed offline automatically synchronize once an internet connection is established. - Add actions and findings for specific questions while completing smart assessments or surveys.
- Maintain related documents
- Add documents enabling standards or regulatory documents to be used as a reference for audit findings.
