Complete a safety inspection or audit survey assigned to you through the Employee Center.

Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

• You can also take an inspection or audit survey on the mobile app using the My Assessments and Surveys applet launcher. For more information, see Surveys in the mobile app.
• For information on how an admin configures which survey field type should display the Create action check box, see Configure the create action check box for safety inspection survey in the Mobile Agent app
• You can complete an inspection or audit survey offline as well through the Mobile Agent app. Surveys completed offline are synchronized once an internet connection is established. For more information, see Complete a safety inspection or audit survey in the offline mode.
• An inspection or audit manager can also complete a survey from the Health and Safety Workspace by selecting Open inspection survey in the inspection record or Open audit survey in the audit record.

Prozedur

1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > Employee Center.
2. In the Employee Center, select Surveys under My active items.
3. In My Assessments and Surveys, select the survey that you want to take.
4. Conduct a safety walk for the inspection or audit and fill in the survey.
5. Wahlweise: Create any actions on the go related to specific questions in the inspection or audit.
6. Select Submit.

Ergebnisse

• The survey results are linked back to the inspection or audit record that it was initiated from. The completed survey is available on the Health and Safety Workspace at the following places:
  • Inspection survey results tab of the inspection.
  • Audit survey results tab of the audit survey in an audit.
• Any actions created for questions while completing the survey appear in the following tabs on the workspace:
  • Inspection actions tab of the inspection.
  • Audit actions tab of the audit survey in an audit.
