Assign safety inspection to agents

    • Multiple safety agents can be assigned to the same inspection record to enable a collaborative effort. While only one agent can be assigned at a time to a survey related to an inspection record, it allows clear ownership and maintains overall team coordination. This collaboration can be achieved from both Employee center and Health and Safety Workspace.

    Role required: sn_hs_rm.safety_inspection_manager or sn_hs_rm.safety_inspection_writer or sn_hs_rm.safety_inspection_agent

    Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

    The safety inspection quick link in the Employee center lists the safety inspections assigned to you or any of the assignment groups you’re a part of. This functionality is also available on the Mobile Agent app in offline mode provided all the inspection records are cached before going offline.

    Prozedur

    1. From Employee Center,
      1. Navigate to Health and Safety and select the View safety inspections quick link.
      2. Select Assign to me for the required safety inspection record.
        The safety inspection with the related surveys is assigned to you.
      3. Wahlweise: Select Open Survey and complete the survey.
    2. From Workspace,
      1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.
      2. Select the risk management icon (Risk assessment icon).
      3. Select the Inspections list and then select All.
      4. Open the required inspection record and select the Assign to me button on the Details related list.
        The safety inspection with the related surveys is assigned to you.
      5. Wahlweise: Select the Open inspection survey button to complete the survey as needed.
    3. From the Mobile Agent app,
      1. Tap Home in the navigation bar.
      2. Select My inspections from the quick links to open a list of inspections.
      3. Select the inspection record and then select Assign to me.
      4. Select Yes in the confirmation modal.

    Ergebnisse

    The safety inspection record and the related survey are assigned to the safety agent even if the survey is in progress.
    Hinweis:
    When the survey is assigned to a different agent, any progress made on the survey does not transfer to the new agent. The new agent assigned to the survey must review and, if necessary, start the survey from the beginning, as partially completed surveys are not carried over.
